Click on the logo to the right to immediately purchase and download the latest version of PATN for Windows

PATN can be purchased offline without the need for use of a credit card but this is a more complicated process. For further details click on the logo to the right

A free trial version of PATN can be downloaded by clicking on the logo to the right. This version has the medals dataset built in. It is fully functional except that no data can be imported.

The Online Order and Install Process

Note you will need an Internet connection on any computer to authenticate PATN when run for the first time. The process from ordering is-

  1. Details provided (these will not be distributed to anyone for any circumstances, and requests not to contact will be honored. Multiple copy orders follow the same principle as single copy orders.
  2. Download software
  3. An e-mail will be received with a license key included
  4. Install PATN
  5. Run PATN and enter the license key
  6. PATN will then authenticate the license key against that order online (an authentication event) and PATN will be linked to your PC
  7. If multiple copies were purchased, the same license key applies to all copies you share. You can give copies of the downloaded PATN file to others to install, along with the license key you received. Others receiving copies can install PATN,  run it, and follow the same process as for a single license. If you purchased for example, three copies, the authentication will allow three authentication events when PATN is first run.

The Offline Order and Install Process

PATN can be purchased without the need for a credit card. The process-

  1. E-mail Blatant Fabrications with the request to purchase one or more copies of PATN offline
  2. Payment method, using bank transfer will be sent to you by return e-mail. Because of the additional manual handling, I'm sorry but 10% must be added to the purchase price.
  3. When payment is received, a coupon will be issued that will allow online purchase of PATN without the need for credit card
  4. Go online and purchase the software for $0
  5. Download PATN (from here on the process is identical to an online purchase)
  6. An e-mail will be received with a license key included
  7. Install PATN
  8. Run PATN and enter the license key
  9. PATN will then authenticate the license key against that order online (an authentication event) and PATN will be linked to your PC

DOS PATN

The Windows version of PATN has largely replaced the older DOS version.  DOS PATN cannot be fully supported into the future, so existing DOS users are urged to update to PATN v3. An FAQ details the differences between the DOS and Windows versions of PATN. Additional utilities may be migrated from the older version of PATN according to user feedback (please use the PATN Discussion Forum). New functions will certainly be added to PATN when research suggests significant improvements in Pattern Analysis can be achieved.

bulletFor those who may require access to the greater range of options in DOS PATN, please e-mail patninfo@patn.com.au.
